It turns out it's given her the ability to shrink people. Before long you find yourself shrunken down before her and picked up in her hands. You're pretty scared which upsets Tenshi, so she puts you down and lets you try to run away. Quite a bit of handheld interaction as Tenshi continues trying to decide what to do with you at your tiny size. In the very end you end up squished underfoot.
