Decode has used a potion to shrink her class down and now they're all tiny on the floor near the classroom window. She sits on a stool, looking down at them and slowly tormenting them by squishing them underfoot and tearing them apart in her hands. Decode gives some cruel dialogue as she slowly plots out what she will do to each of them before the teacher gets back. There is no mention of the holidays, but this video is intended as a Christmas special, that's why the tiny people are holiday colors.
