This is a sequel to the original Parents In Her Cake Hole and Cake's parents are still shrunken down in this one. She's decided to have some more fun with them and lowers her step-dad down into her mouth first. This one includes additional lighting so for the first time you can see better views of Cake's wonderful mouth. Both parents are eventually popped in and Cake plays with them lightly with her teeth and throwing them around on her tongue. They sometimes fall out, but they're not going to get away. She stirs them into her tea too, but eventually she pops her step-mom into her mouth, plays around with her, and then swallows her! She explains to her step-dad that he can join her step-mom and lowers him in (includes two views of him being lowered down into her mouth) and then some more light chewing and mouth views before he's gulped down too. Cake relaxes, happy that they can be a happy family together, forever.
