She is greeted with silence.
It's strange. She knows he's supposed to be home. It's also his turn to clean and wash the dishes.
While Ziva tries to figure out where her stepbrother is, she remains completely unaware of his presence.

Right next to her well-worn, sweat-soaked Birkenstock sandals and her green toes.
The shrinking virus is raging, and her very unfortunate stepbrother has caught it. Today, Ziva might solve more than one mystery; not just the whereabouts of her gagging stepbrother, but also the mysterious vanishing of her used, smelly socks.

This is my biggest D-SFX so far! It came out amazing! It merged Unaware into aware, and the tiny man's size also changes, leading to some of the hottest scenes ever.
