She does realize she has grown and thinks she is in Dexter's model city and everything and everyone are toys. So she has a lot of fun. She finds Dexter and makes him her foot slave
This video has some FX at the beginning for when she grows and a couple of shots to show tiny Dexter at her soles and between her toes but it is mostly a POV Giantess Foot video.
