Dahlia's stepson (portrayed by Gary) has come to visit her, even though she's suffering from a stomachache. Gary offers to let her turn him into a pill for her to swallow, but Dahlia warns him that if she does swallow him, he'll get digested inside her stomach and absorbed into her abs. Gary assures his stepmom that he has a device that can restore him to normal after he's absorbed. Desperate to be rid of her stomach pain, Dahlia agrees to her stepson's suggestion and points at him, magically transforming him into a pill.

Gary is now a small pill in the palm of Dahlia's hand. She teases him a little about how he'll soon become part of her belly. Dahlia then puts her transformed stepson in her mouth, swishing him around a bit before swallowing him whole and feeling him slide down into her stomach. It only takes a minute for Gary to be completely digested and absorbed, and at that point Dahlia's stomachache is all gone. She pats her belly, then suddenly feels Gary squirming around in her abs! He tells her to use the device to get him out and turn him back to normal, but Dahlia decides to keep him in there permanently, much to Gary's horror. Even as Gary continues squirming and pleading, Dahlia lies down on the floor and starts doing crunches to squeeze and tease her stepson.
