The Government has enacted a new policy. They have selected a bunch of row inmates to participate in a new program to decrease the cost of executions and make them more efficient. They've brought in the cruel Executrix Raven rae to use her creative skills to end the lives of the selected few. The men awaken as a crack of light hits them and they soon see the gigantic face of Raven peering down at them. They've all been shrunken to a few inches tall. She tells them of the new plan in place and places them all on the floor at her heels. She informs them that they will all be destroyed today by her in various ways and there's no point trying to escape as this is their new hell! She has the most notoriously bad criminals and wants to make sure they suffer accordingly. Whether its under her bare soles, with her ass, eaten alive, with her hand or under her heels, each and everyone of them will meet their grisly end!
